1. Binding Agreement & Scope

These Terms of Service set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for utilizing the digital services, architectural resources, and lodging accommodation reservation channels offered by Clipscout Junction Timber & Architectural Retreats Ltd. (HRB-9482710-F). By accessing our portal or initiating reservation inquiries, you express full agreement to these provisions.

2. Nature of Stays & Ecological Stewardship

Our retreats are situated in designated European forest reserves, Natura 2000 corridors, and sensitive alpine biomes. Guests acknowledge and covenant to abide by the following wilderness rules:

Strict Fire Regulations: Open ground fires, outdoor charcoal grilling, and smoking outside designated stone zones are strictly prohibited by forestry law. Fireplaces and wood saunas must be operated exclusively with provided hardwoods according to safety briefings.
Acoustic Decorum: Sound systems may only be operated at contemplative indoor volumes. Outdoor amplification is prohibited to prevent wildlife disruption.
Zero Trace Policy: Guests are required to separate waste according to local ecological mandates using provided composting and recycling receptacles.

3. Reservation Confirmations & Payment Schedules

Inquiries submitted via clipscoutjunction.beauty constitute booking requests subject to verification. Stays are legally binding once an official Reservation Certificate and digital receipt are dispatched. A deposit of 50% is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations completed 30+ days prior to scheduled check-in receive a 100% refund minus a €50 administrative processing fee.
Cancellations within 14–29 days prior receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellations within 13 days of check-in are non-refundable; however, stay credit may be transferred to alternate dates upon written concierge approval.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural diagrams, floorplans, photography, essays, brand emblems, and visual assets displayed on clipscoutjunction.beauty are the exclusive intellectual property of Clipscout Junction Timber & Architectural Retreats Ltd. and associated design studios. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial publication is strictly prohibited under international copyright conventions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guests understand that retreats are situated in natural, rugged terrains. To the maximum extent permitted by German civil law (§ 276 BGB), Clipscoutjunction shall not be liable for injuries arising from standard outdoor risks (e.g., tree roots, snow, wildlife encounters, weather extremes) where no gross negligence or willful intent by the operator is proven.

7. Governing Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms or retreat stays is Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.
